Heads up, all your Apple fans! We’ve got an update for you about Conquer Online’s closed beta version for Mac!
TQ Digital recently announced that their smash hit 2.5D MMORPG Conquer Online will release a Mac-compatible client, and is now in its third phase of beta testing! The Mac OS compatibility project is something that we are excited to see implemented, and our goal is to allow Mac users to run all of the existing and future game features from their native OS!
Things have been going smoothly, and the major glitches have been taken care of. The in-game functions work well and client graphics fit in perfectly with the new OS. The only problem that is stalling progress for now is the best way to control the character. In the PC version of Conquer, players use right click to manage the character and perform a variety of actions, such as equipping armor or using items. However the mice for MacBook/iMac are rather unique, which means we’ll have to change quite a few things to ensure smooth control on the Mac. We are confident that the solution implemented in the official beta version will be received well.
