Castlevania Reverie DLC has "breathtaking" plot twist

Konami teases Castlevania: Lords of Shadow's forthcoming Reverie DLC and confirms a release date of March 30th.

It kills me this game got no love last year. It sold ok but this is one of the best games this gen and I would of put it up for GOTY to be quite honest. One of the best looking games I have ever played. I really hope they make another one. Maybe just making it fully open-world like the classic MetroidVania games.

I'm with you 100% on that. It borders on being my favorite game of all time. I too think it's simply a masterpiece. I can't think of any other game that takes so make game play styles and meshes them so perfectly. I don’t expect anyone else to share my opinion, but to me it’s one of the best games ever made.

I'm kinda more interested in the second one since that takes place after the ending after credits.

So this takes place after the Final Boss but before the Ending after the credits. Nice.
