Tekken 6 is back with these 44 new images.
I like. I like. It's definitely looking better than the last batch of screen shots. The detail in Kazuya muscles and gloves is amazing.
You mean Jin Kazama not Kazuya, I only see Jin in these batch of screen shots.
And I WILL be buying this game. However, graphically this game still is not up to par with VF5 or Soul Caliber IV (which looks like the best looking fighter so far this gen). However, Tekken & Soul Caliber are my two favorite fighters and I will own them both regardless. After going through and looking at more pics... I can say that I prefer the style & effects in this game above any of the others that I've seen so far though. I just think the colors look 'flat' though... sure that'll be tightened up before release though.
NOW I see the big leap between T5DR and Tekken 6.
Whos that fat guy?
That'd be Bob. I kid you not! Edit: LOL I got a disagree, ok whoever didn't agree with me doesn't think the fat guy is called Bob. And yeah, Crimson Wolf, you got a disagree for... Errr, hmmm... God I love this site! LOL
Man ,what up with that image of jin and Xiaoyu?
backgrounds could use a little work, but the character models are amazing.
nice screens..I sense a tekken 6 vs. soul calibur 4 thread in the near future
still ps3 gets soul calibur to =)
I don't know why but I'll be playing with him O.o
have really gotten better since DR(which were great BTW) i cant wait for them to show the last 2(or was it 3 or 4) characters
cant wait to play this one, and wow Yoshimitsu looks......ridiculous
i need a new fighter and i played out VF this last year
play this one, looks great! With, this, soul cal. 4 and HD remix of streetfighter on the way its a great time for fighteing games. Now if we could just get some more SNK love on the PS3 and god forbid a BAND NEW SF, like SF 5 or SNK vs SF 3! That would be super sweet. But getting back on topic, Tekken six looks great and I cant wait for this!
Cant wait glad its on PS3 only and it wont be downgraded like SC4.
Although they are still far off from the target renders. Yes, I know that it was CG, but can you really blame me for having those expectations set? I was looking for even more character detail with the skin textures to be human like. The look of Tekken is still very much an anime. I am still very much looking forward to this game along with the next Soul Calibur. I'm more interested in improved gameplay mechanics. More moves + more characters do not mean improved gameplay. I would love to see Namco take chances with the franchise like Midway did with Mortal Kombat franchise and even when Capcom expanded to the VS series like Marvel vs. Capcom.
Improved gameplay mechanics? In a fighting game? Yeah right. Also, never get your hopes up at the beginning of a new generation of consoles because the target renders you see won't be achievable until near the end of the console's life cycle, if at all.
This game has definitely come a long way, and hopefully they concentrate on the environments now that the characters are nailed.
who cares. they look good and the jin crying pic is funny. can't wait for tekken 6!! character customizations look even better than in tekken 5 /dark resurrection as it seems the stuff aren't just layed over the original costume. example would be the first few marduk pics.
Is it just me, or did the graphics all of a sudden get A LOT better? I mean, last time I seen this game I was saying "yeah it looks ok". But now, this game looks on par with soul calibur 4 and vf 5. That's just my opinion
Lol, you got disagree for telling the fat guy name.
god hate ghost disagreers, get a life, but yea back to tekken, it looks good, but i thought it would look better, maybe we just need to see it in motion, cant wait, loving tekken online, see ya there, akafullmetal psn
Looking good but I'm dissappointed there are no screens of law and lei :(
it seems they didn't get all the pics from the official tekken site. there was one with lei and wang, and wang doing the old school chinese vampire stance thing.
