Top 10 underwhelming boss fights

Love them or hate them, boss battles have existed in games since almost the beginning of our hobby and will continue to challenge and frustrate us for as long as games exist. What happens when they disappoint us though? (Culture, Retro)

Eh. You can't really fault Goldeneye's final boss, since it was following the plot of the movie. Though a proper 'battle' against Trevelyan would have been pretty epic. Heck, a proper showdown between Bond and Trevelyan IN THE ACTUAL MOVIE would have been epic.

With that being said, dammnnnn I hated chasing him down in the Cradle level. It took me years to beat that (sexy) bastard on 007 Mode.

Yeah, it was more the fact that he took many shots in the back of the head that got me. What was I firing, spitballs?
