GameShard writes: "Bulletstorm manages to distance itself so far from the plethora of military shooters so much that its in a different continent. Okay, so the FPS basics are all there - a variety of weapons, a medley of urban environments, plenty of rubble, explosions, and a gravelly-voiced protagonist. You could play Bulletstorm like any of those other games - ducking behind cover, carefully unleashing small volleys of bullets and dropping enemies one by one. But that would be missing the point entirely, and moreover, it'd be boring. Bulletstorm wants you to have fun. Bulletstorm also makes it almost impossible not to have fun."
