EA and Dice’s latest offering in the form of Battlefield 3 looks to be of blockbuster proportions.
It's going to be a long summer waiting for this....
I feel like people are over-hyping this game immensely. BC2 was great but not anything crazy. If this game plays like classic Battlefield then maybe I can get more excited. Yes the engine is amazing but I'm still worried about it, look at Crysis 2; people were over-hyping that and it has ended up as a CoD clone.
Crysis is not a COD clone, Ive played it, idiots try to play it like COD and If you noticed, they suck in the game. You cant excel in crysis by running and gunning. And you cant drop ppl with 2 hits with auto aim.
@ Psychotica OMG!!! How right you are, it's going to be a long and painful Summer waiting for this baby... OMG, the game looks good,( http://cdn2-b.examiner.com/... ) no way it looks anywhere near this good on consoles but I can't wait to see how it does look- it's most likely going to be Amazing... Hopefully Crysis 2, and L A Noire, and Infamous 2 will help ease My pain while waiting for BF3... .____........___...____ .____||......||.......____|| ||.........___||.......____||
Anyone remember when BF2 came out? Looong ago! It was the best game I'd ever seen then so it's great that DICE is keeping up and consistently pushing boundaries with their core BF games.
I think EA is finally going to crush Activision in the fps realm. This is going to tap dance all over the next COD.
For the first time this gen, I get a glimpse of the next next gen! This game is going to be Godly!
If only we could see something like Halo using the frostbite engine.
Looks better than all COD games, COD games have not really stand out for the graphics anymore. For me personally is Guerilla Games, Naughty Dog, Santa Monica Studio, Crytek and Dice who stands for me visual feast on my console and pc!! Simply those 5 are unmatched in my point of view. The rest nah just okay.
