Some more Thief 4 images have been emerged. On one of them you can see a PS3 Sixaxis controller.
Brilliant! Do you have any more blurry shots of monitors 20 feet away? or do you think we should all just grow up and accept media when the publishers give us some?
It's the next natural step in media evolution. First there was only official stuff from publishers , then there was cellphone shots and videos in low quality, now we have shots from 20 feet , next low quality shots from 20 feet and final step shots of code lines from the game, then low quality of those shots and 20 feet low quality shots.
They cant get near because thats a testing zone! And do you know why they have those headsets on?Rigid security protocols about information leaks!
@deadlybrand "Rigid security protocols about information leaks!" They cant be that rigid if they let people get near with camera phones.
Can't wait to play on PS3 ... Thankyou Square enix. Is there any exclusive content ?
i cant see anything... lol
That comment made my day lol
I just don't understand with all the high powered futuristic technology cameras we have now a days why do we continue to get the worse photographs ever. A GOT DAM satellite 50 miles above the earths surface can take clearer photographs than this. You should of just had a court room artist draw what he saw on a piece of canvas instead of submitting these bullcrap photos. Go buy a dam Professional camera with a zoom lens, load the photos unto a PC and then use Sony Vegas to make everything nice.
yeah, how would they conceal such a big camera?
Yes, let's use video editing software on still images.
oops I meant digital video camera with zoom lens. my bad.
but theres a ceiling
I'm a fan of theif from the first game. Can't wait! please no third person!
3rd person wouldn't bother me, as long as it's still optional.
I think they are making it so you can switch between first and third person on the fly.
I'll wait for a decent gameplay trailer before I get my hopes up.
They are debuging and testing console versions! Its a ds3 on the table and a debug PS3 unit under it,i wonder the guy cant recognise a debug PS3 only the ds3 controller! And the other guy haves a white controller on is hands probably from a 360 debug unit too!Two bug testers and one program dev taking notes!
3rd person or 1st person that is the question !!!
I saw another image which shows it in 3rd person with a bow.
Even though I have switched to consoles for gaming, this is one game I would play on PC. Too many great memories of being huddled in front of the monitor, hands on mouse and kb, hiding in the dark, waiting for the first guard to pass before a sweet thud of the blackjack on the next one...good old days.
The guy in the right looks like Ray Johnson...
ive seeing 360 controller
I see a 360 Dev kit
I see a black PS3 controller on the first monitor now that you cant deny
But the problem is that the controller is set down. Usually dev's only have (need) one controller for each console. So when you take that into consideration, they're most likely playing it on an Xbox360 Dev kit since you can't see the controller for that.
If thats true then why is there a PS3 controller in the first place? Plus i also think they are working on the PS3 version at the same time as the 360 hence the 2 controllers.
Oh, I never meant to seem like I'm doubting a PS3 version. I just meant it looks like they're playing the Xbox360 version. I'm pretty sure it'll be for PC, Xbox360 AND PS3.
On the right you see the Xbox Dev Kit while the other one is a PS3 one. I could tell the one to the right is a Xbox because you could just make out the controller. also I WANT TO SEE THIS NOW! THE ANTICIPATION IS KILLING ME!
Kouzmich Could not agree more. Next it'll be skydiving images of games taken with zoooooooooooooooooooooooooooom plus motion blur.
Yeh they're probably gonna do a oblivion with 1st and 3rd person. However being a massive thief fan I'll only be using 1st person, it would feel wrong to do otherwise.
