Product-Reviews report: When it comes to gaming you know that Evesham are very well respected, well now they have just launched new Cosmos gaming desktops that will start at $4027 going right up to $6445 (£1999 - £3199).
Man I would like to have one of those. Just don't have the spare money right now(or ever) though.
I downloaded the Jericho demo and, to my suprise, my computer ran it at decent speeds. Considering I've only got 2Gb pc2-4200 memory, an ATI x1300(512Mb ddr2)and an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+(2.4Ghz) so I was pretty floored that my computer even ran it at all. I had to turn the resolution down to 800x600 though, and the textures were only at low. It still looked really good though.
Instead of getting one of these, I think I'm going to get a new mid-ranged graphics card(maybe Radeon 2600) for my pc as well as replace the RAM with some zippier stuff if I can afford it.
Most of what your paying is for their pretty package and a professional wiring job and setup. You could probably build a PC with the same specs for a fraction of the cost.
I built my computer as well as several computers for my friends.
I'm just saying that I can't even afford the parts right now. We are in the process of moving and my dad won't let me get a job so I can help around the house.
the future looks bleak as they look they might going out of business and know another manufacturer is selling computers and operating evesham
dont know if a takeover is imminent by evesham wont last
