More 3D enabled games arrive with today's releases on PS3 and Xbox 360. Whilst still very niche, those who have 3D are no doubt well pleased they have more games to add to the collection.
Killzone 3 demo looks spectacular in 3D, and is well worth checking out.
i enjoyed it , though saw some areas that blurred due to the fast movement. I will also prob have to switch 3d and 2d while playing to take a break from the 3d once in a while. Movies are fine but just ALOT is going on in games ah one thing i realized , i didn't have my TV on "game" mode which prob would of helped
I think this is the biggest problem with 3D games right now because prolonged play can become straining. If you're into long gaming sessions then expect to break very often, or switch from 3D to 2D frequently.
I tried Killzone 3 in 3D at Comic Con last year, and it does look amazing. But this being said, the glasses will always be an issue for mass adoption. The glasses free 3D sets from Toshiba that just hit Japan are just the start. I'll wait a few more years... Maybe 5.
those glass free 3d tv's have too many issues
That is why I'm waiting. Most electronic companies are working on them along with Microsoft and Apple. Apple - http://www.slashgear.com/ap... I don't own a thing from Apple, but if they ever produce a good glasses free set then I'm all for it.
The technology is not perfected with those glasses free TVs just yet, and the price is out of reach for most. I think wearing glasses is a small trade off for the positives you gain from 3D gaming. I guess it boils down to what your personal preferences are.
