Bejeweled is a cure for depression!

According to a study, paid for by PopCap, the guys that made it. If the study is completely accurate (and, being funded by the developers notwithstanding, the results are reasonable to believe), then casual games can reduce the symptoms of depression by as much as 57 per cent.
