Toronto Thumbs Review: Tales from Space - About a Blob

From the review:

"A few years ago, at a movie marathon, we watched The Forbidden Planet. That movie was about as campy as a sci-fi piece could possibly be - cheese and bad special effects galore; and yet, there is something appealing about films like that (think: Iron Giant, with its distinct fifties/sixties vibe). The love of creating these experiences is not just isolated to movies; sometimes a developer gives a nod to yesteryear in a very entertaining way. Toronto-based Drinkbox Studios does just that with their PS3-exclusive title: Tales From Space: About a Blob." (PS3) -

Drinkbox made an awesome game, here. And I'm not just saying that because we're from the same city.
