As long as players aren't diametrically opposed to gameplay which mildly recalls the crowd-control mechanics of the Dynasty Warriors franchise, recent release Trinity: Souls of Zill O'll can be an enjoyable endeavor.
I've played the demo of this, and I feel like this game is a mash up of Dynasty warriors and RPG. The menu's in the town remind me of an old Final Fantasy as well. So far, the coolest part of the game was the environment. You can freeze the water, walk on top of it, and then melt the water with fire so the enemies have to wade through water. And as they are wading through it, you can freeze the water again and they'll slowdown/get stuck.
Yes, you can also set trees on fire, topple ruins, and cut throw icy stalagmites which rain down on enemies.
