N-Europe: "The latest in the LEGO Star Wars series was only announced a few days prior to the 3DS event in Amsterdam so not much was known about what to expect. The previous games had received positive critical and commercial responses so expectations of the series are reasonably high. Thankfully LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars does not disappoint."
If you haven’t played these retro(ish) Star Wars games, today is the perfect day to give them a try.
I am not a big Star Wars guy but I enjoyed Shadows of the Empire on the N64 I found it at a pawnshop one day for $20. I bought it and I still enjoy it from time to time I only own three Star Wars games in my collection Shadows of the Empire and both Force Unleashed games. I remember my grandmother would rent a game console during Xmas she grabbed the N64 and Shadows of the Empire I sat in front of the tv all the time with that game.
Even though I enjoyed it a lot when I was young. That game got destroyed in reviews.

As of right now however, it’s time to celebrate a later instalment from 2011, while also taking a look at how it went slightly off-piste in terms of the gameplay and the source of its narrative. I am of course referring to LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, which is full of innovation and probably doesn’t get enough credit for the things it attempted."
