Jokes aside! there will be many worthy contenders this year: Dead Space 2, Killzone 3, Brink, Portal 2, Rage, Batman: Arkham City, Uncharted 3, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, The Last Guardian, Dark Souls, etc.
Those are just out of the games I'm personally interested in (is ME3 this year?). Some of them may look out of place on that list (Brink, Rage) but they could surprise us once they're released.
On the GOTY topic - i'm thinking it will be a non-exclusive. Don't really care as long as the games i'm waiting for (most of the what you listed) are as good as i'm hoping.
Unfortunately my expectations for games like DX, P2, Rage, ME3 and ESV are pretty bloody high lol.
I can't think of a year where I have bought more games than I'll be buying this year. ME3, UC3 and TES V at the end of the year? Seems too good to be true. Seriously have no idea what the general consensus on GOTY will be this year

O yea and this game looks awsome. It sounde dlike the spartan project form halo in the beginning to, and the music reminded me of Tron a bit as well.
So did the first deus Ex .
We got crap like cod getting it for no reason but fame , but some games get their due sometimes . And i wouldnt call Batman or deus Ex low profile

So I would have to say no JC Denton is not in this game I don't know about Paul because we were never told about his age.
