EA to Release “Medal of Honor” Series Soundtrack

RipTen: Electronic Arts is giving gamers what someone, somewhere might want. They are teaming up with LA LA Land Records to release the Medal of Honor Soundtrack Collection. The collection features original scores and unreleased material that add up to 10 hours of composed music.

The story is too old to be commented.

Did MoH have a good soundtrack?

Invadersims2723d ago

The new one, no. The old ones were well done, but not very memorable.

I'm sure someone will disagree.

Well the main song for the old medal of honor is very memorable. Every time I hear it I want to play allied assault or frontlines.

I disagree because the music for the old Medal of Honor was very memorable to yours truly, and I'm sure to all those who loved the game. Especially the main menu screen (war room) of Allied Assault. That track evoked a feeling of heroism and "history"
if you know what I mean.

I wish there were more game soundtrack available and for fair prices.

Invadersims2723d ago

It does always seem like the price is jacked up really high. I think it is to turn a profit, since it is such a limited market.

Early games had great soundtracks. When EA took it over instead of Dreamworks, the soundtracks declined.

You can listen most of them in EA Trax ( http://www.ea.com/music ). And yes, they are very good, except MOH 2010 and, maybe, Pacific Assault and Airborne.
