TSA Review: Marvel Pinball

"Over the years, Hungary-based Zen Studios have been responsible for a number of pinball games available to download from Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network, which are also considered some of the best. After stepping out of their comfort zone to develop Punisher: No Mercy, and Planet Minigolf exclusively for the PlayStation 3, the studio is back with its most ambitious, license-driven game yet: Marvel Pinball. For those who own Pinball FX 2 for the Xbox 360, Marvel Pinball can be downloaded as additional content but for those who own a PlayStation 3, it is a standalone title." (Marvel Pinball, PS3) 7/10

they seem to be using the same model as with Zen Pinball - release the core product and update it with DLC tables down the line. Their physics are always spot on and the tables are nice and varied though so definitely interested in this comics themed iteration :)

The gameplay feels solid mainly thanks to the physics, but for some reason the Iron Man table feels a tad bit heavier than the others.

Though I do like the game, the four same tables can get a wee bit repetitive and trying to complete some of the missions is just too challenging.

Hoping to see a Captain America table real soon.

I went for the Fantastic Four, though I have a hunch they will introduce all of the tables at some stage. Hopefully they won't cost too much, £2 would be the max for me tbh.
