Who owns the rights for KI? Rare or Nintendo?
Thats kind-off hard to tell since Almost all of the Killer Instinct games are published by nintendo and the Arcade ones which are published by Midway. If i had to bet i would still bet on Rare though since i wouldn't know why Nintendo would "let" Midway publish one of their IP's. Thats like Activision publishing Pokemon...
