From the Japanese press release it looks like GTHD Concept will be removed soon. This might just be the Japanese store, but it's possible that this will apply to all stores given the ease of downloading from other countries' stores - so if you don't have GTHD Concept you should download it within the next 10 days. Online rankings within the game will remain, but the on-site ranking will be taken down too.
