Television is an "addiction without substance"

Where are those studies?

Equinoxe_72396d ago (Edited 2396d ago )

So because there is no studies, it cant be pointless, oh my.

I like the human logic sometimes.

Zinc2396d ago

@Equinoxe_7 - As far as I know, that's the only logic we have.

I think these studies are mostly misunderstood (even by those who give them and compile the data) and largely specious in nature.

Too much of anything is bad for you.A healthy person is a well rounded person.Honestly I love video games but I cant do it all day I like to do other things in REAL LIFE.Thats why I dont buy sports games and wii fit, invest that time on doing something and getting good at it same to those guitar hero junkies. With that amount of time you put into that game you could have been shredding on an actual guitar and get mad girls wet.

Venatus-Deus2396d ago

I'm not sure what your are trying to say, yet you give the impression that you missed my point. Nevermind

Psychotica2396d ago

No more a slave to video games than a slave to just watching tv. At least with video games it's interactive.

gypsygib2396d ago

I am addicted to entertainment in my spare time, I just think TV shows are mostly crap and can't afford to go out all the time or live close to enough people to play sports -so I game.

Equinoxe_72396d ago

I agree to some point, but many things are pointless, you buy many things you don't need, you would be, maybe more happy without it.

VonBraunschweigg2396d ago

Hell yeah, now gimme some more!
