this is the king of basketball games

i dont know what they changed but i felt it wasnt as responsive as last years.. calling plays changed and those new features could have been left out ...i think they should release new sports games every 2 years so that we actually see a change besides rosters and a few tweaks here and there...i mean this game is good but not worth 63$

I've been saying this for a long time now, so needless to say, I agree wholeheartedly.

2 years of dev time = 1 alpha, 1 beta, 1 planning, etc. phases.

1 year = all those things twice in relation. 2 years of dev time would essentially be time and a half, and I think it would work out very well.

In all honesty, I'd settle for a roster update for ONE YEAR while the next iteration was still being worked on. That's what sports games are becoming anyway, and it's amazing that we continue to pay for that.

2k7 feels like a much better game. It was certainly more responsive than what they are giving us now. I feel like I have no control.

that's the beauty of footplanting... now u have to actually string together moves more precisely rather than twirlin the stick left and right and doing cross overs all over the place

nba 2k8 >>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>>& gt;>>> nba 2k7

I'm not buying sports titles anymore, unless there's a lull in other games.

The last sports title I bought was Madden '07, but I held off on buying this year's iteration. Madden '06 and '07 are the only sports titles I have and I've had my 360 since launch. I Also have WWESVR07, but I dunno if that can be considered sports. I'm also passing on WWESVR08.
