I loved this game, I just wish it were more open spaced.

Really what the deal was is they should of not cut it up into chapters, they could of kept it Metroidvania-like. Instead of giving your a score sheet and sending you back to the menu each time. I think it was due to it being multiple discs on 360. I also think they also should of made the EXTRAS more hidden. I would of loved being in a more open world than having to replay each chapter. More Arkham Asylum/Metroid/Classic SotN. But overall I would call this a 9/10 AAA title. Way underrated. Graphics are probably some of the best this gen. Gemaplay, sound, story, puzzles, nudity, mythology, were wonderful. Only a few little hiccups here and there, but still I would recommend this 20+ to any hardcore gamer. This is not a GOW-clone, like Dante was, this is just a more linear Castlevania and doesn't deserve anything but priase for being one of the best games of this year.

yeah, this game didn't get it's just due, I too was also suprised that they cut it up into chapters. The games was lenghty also, it was definitely worth the money. I've been a castlevania fan since i was 5.

Just platinum'd this game yesterday. Definitely in my top 5 games of 2010.

Agreed. It's a fun game. I like darksiders better though but that's me.

Castlevania have been famous for its weapons? the whip (a25 years old in the saga) is GOW fashioned? Don't make me laugh lol

I bought this game and GOW3 this year, both were great. I also enjoyed Bayonetta too. NG is still my favorite tho.
