Square Enix has announced that FFXIII-2 will release Winter 2011 via the US Playstation Blog, previously announced to be coming to Japan in 2011.
Still though, why not make Versus and Agito first, why do they have to focus so highly on FFXIII?
this game will probably get released in September. SE is not ready to release versus because they are busy doing a port of it for the 360.
Agito is coming first. Summer 2011 is the japanese date. -2 is winter 2011 in japan And versus is an exclusive. Always has been, always what square has said
Cause versus was announced when it was very early in development, it finally starts to come around. For ff13 they already created most of the needed assets to do a FF13-2, and they probably already started on FF13-2 shortly before FF13 was completed.
I know I would. -End of Line
They said "coming next winter" that means winter 2012 correct?
End of 2011 is also winter.
BUt "next winter" would normally mean next year's winter, unless they wanna be technical about it and mean that the next winter to come is "next winter"
no its winter right now in america :p next winter is november-march
two different developement teams work on versus and ff13-2, thats why they are working on both.
who cares about the sequel of the worse FF ever . i just hope that because Ffversus13 will not be delayed because of this crap
actually FF 14 is the worst
What it said next winter so japan end of this year and NA 2012.
After what we've seen this gen of everything JRPG, I'm not holding my breath for anything from the FF universe.
If FFXIII-2 is coming this year fall then most likely versus will be next year fall...sigh...more wait.
think this year looking at a couple websites
hmm that is strange, two big named FF games coming the same year for the same platforms(well PS3 for both anyway)...I guess it could work, I for one would probably get both and I'm sure many people would think the same.
I bet you XIII-2 won't sell more then XIII and Versus will sell more then the both combined.
