MMGN: Hydroventure is a quirky, innovative game about navigating a pool of water through a maze. The dynamics of the water are incredibly realistic, as it seeps into cracks, seperates into droplets, and evaporates. With the combination of using ice and clouds of water in later stages, all of this makes for a fun and interesting use of water.
The Nintendo of America Release Schedule revealed some very pleasing news, a sequel to the highly acclaimed Hydroventure (Fluidity) is heading to Nintendo 3DS later this year.
Hydroventure is a game with the depth and slick execution of a first-party Nintendo title, but with the mechanics-led focus and dogged dedication to its concept you'd find in an experimental indie game.
Basically, there's something here for everyone, with the possible exception of hydrophobes.
If you can spare a tenner this Christmas, get Hydroventure. It's easily one of the most creative and inventive games ONM has played in years on any console, let alone on a Nintendo system.

I'm always a bit wary of games that are over 1,000 Wii Points but this one proved its worth!!
