The simExchange has released their latest report with predictions based on NPD's August report and simExchange's own data:
* Wii gamers continue to prefer Nintendo titles over third-party's.
* The PS3 actually lost momentum after its price cut, reinforcing the perception that the PS3 does not have a compelling game library -- and that Sony must cut the PS3's price again.
* Although Wii sales had been declining, the Wii will regain momentum as holiday approaches; the Wii is anything but a "fad".
* The Xbox 360 is expected to outsell the PS3 in September by more than 2-to-1, and the Nintendo Wii is expected to outsell the PS3 by more than 3.6-to-1.
These information are only highlights from simExchange's latest report. More details of the report should be coming out soon.
