What is Halo: Nation?

During Microsoft’s CES keynote speech earlier this week, Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer discussed a number of new features and videogames coming to Windows Phone 7. Among those where Fable: Coin Golf and PES 2011, as well as many already released products, but one title which may have been unintentionally revealed goes by the name of Halo: Nation.

Probably something like Halo Waypoint but more community driven.
