Review: Dance Central (Crush! Frag! Destroy!)

CFD!'s Dustin Stevens gets his groove on with the 360's Kinect:

"Before I jump into this, let me say for those of you who don’t know me that I’m not what you might call athletic. I’m about 6’1″, 230 pounds, and I spend more time brushing my teeth each day than I do going outside or performing physical activities. So it probably goes without saying that I’m not a dancer… or even a person in good shape. Did Dance Central teach me how to own the dance floor? Not really. But is it a blast to play with friends? So this and Kinectimals are like the only two Kinect games that aren't awful, right?

I've heard that Kinect Sports isn't bad and the Kinect Adventures that comes with the sensor is supposed to be decent.

Right now, Child of Eden is the only game I'm really looking forward to. I'd probably give this a go too, if only because I love Harmonix.

Too bad I'll never buy a Kinect...

Me too...looking forward to PS3's games next year!!

If I could control Kinect with my weiner, I'd definitely buy it. Weiner dancing FTW.

Dance Central
Kinect Sports
Kinect Adventures

They are all great games.
The worst Kinect game is Fighters Ungaged.

The dashboard control with gestures and voice is amazing.
Child of Eden and the New Sega Dragon game is what I cant wait for.

Theres something about Child of Eden which confuses me.

Child of Eden is just a game where you'd be waving your hands creating music. Or am I missing something?

imagine REZ but you're playing with your hand with better lighting effects
