Xbox Live Indie-Dome: November 29th – December 5th, 2010

CFD!'s Rob Rich gets a bit excited for the first week of December's Xbox Live Indie Games:

"(Xbox Live Indie-Dome is a weekly feature where we sift through the Xbox Live Indie Games Marketplace to find the best and worst... so you don't have to!)

"This is it, folks. This is the week we’ve (read: I’ve) been waiting for. The Indie Games Winter Uprising has begun, and while it seems to have suffered a minor setback it’s still in full-swing.

"It’s worth noting that because these fourteen (technically thirteen) games have been touted as “great,” we here at CFD! felt the need to put them to the test. One of the “games,” won’t be getting a mention in the Dome, however. Not because it’s bad or anything, but because it’s actually an update to a game that came out a little while back. Hypership Out of Control, specifically. Feel free to keep your eyes peeled for the review of the new-and-improved Hypership, just don’t go wondering why it’s not listed here. So while the other Uprising games will be mentioned, they will each get their own separate full review. Hopefully they’re up to the task."

This week was awesome if for no other reason than because it's when Epic Dungeon came out.

Looks like a pretty good week! Fewer zombie games than usual.

That reminds me! I've been meaning to buy the Decay games for a while.

They're shockingly well put together and even the trials had me feeling tense throughout. Those devs really know what they're doing.

Does that werewolf game have cute teen boys in it?

RobsteinOne2528d ago

Really hairy, "so ugly they're cute" teen boys, yes. With glowing eyes and razor sharp fangs. Typical teenagers, really.

I hate you both for this comment string - just sayin'.
