***********SPOILER************ **********SPOILER*********** Shit, yea! I have been waiting for a game set in the American Revolution period and wanted an RPG but AC would do just fine! Running around the ancient streets of NY and Pennsylvania, hiding from Red Coats and whatnot, sign me up! Thank you Ubisoft. You are a great dev who really takes each new game up a notch. Having a blast with Brotherhood
Ancient streets :P
The author was off about America. It's much more likely to be set in French Revolution. Or at least, Desmond will be heading to France to the next temple.
I want one in japan...with ninjas and samurai.
I really loved Brotherhood, and when I saw what this guy did with the free masons symbol and the assasin's symbol I was like COOOL!!! Specially if you know about their secrecy and customs then you would see how similar they are. I have an uncle that is a free mason so i know a little. NY FTW!!!
wow finnaly a setting i want to play the french revelution is a great idea
after victorian london, that would be my second choice. :)
treu also a great choise
Makes sense, but Washington and Franklin were both templars. Free Masons are the semi modern knights templar within the Assassin's Creed universe. Unless Benjamin will be similar to what Da Vinci was in Brotherhood: ********Spoilers********** (Working for the Templars by force) I don't see why he would cooperate with the Assassins.
nooooooooooo bring it to the french revolution and have parts in uk!
I agree but it should be AC4. The American revolution inspired the French revolution.
yeah :/ that is what I was about to say ;)
Oh my freakin' god. I would love an American revolution setting!
Wasn't there clues showing that the next AC will take place in France? Either way I kinda don't care much about the setting anymore, because I know Ubisoft will make the right choice. The will obviously pick a troubled time in history and make in ridiculously interesting.
a victorian london would be a great setting for an assassin's creed game i think.
When I read New York, the first thing that came to my mind was that movie "Gangs of New York". I can see them fitting the franchise on a scenery similar to that of the movie.
