It looks as if Game Stop has put a date on the next entry in Kojima Productions legendary series.
Not going to lie, I'm looking forward to this. Kojima, please add Move Support.
Move is built for a game like Rising... surely its gotta be included!
You can't take Gamestop listings with the slightest grain of salt. Their BS GOW3 posting is why everyone claimed that the game was "delayed"
Definately. Wish it were more stealth based though. I can't believe that most ninja games this gen have no stealth. THAT'S WHAT A NINJA IS ALL ABOUT. freakin Ryu jumpin all over the place and riding motorcycles all over the city....what was i talking about? Oh yea mgsr....can't wait :|
Video game ninjas are about flashy clothes and moves.
Is this game going to be like Metal gear solid? Or will it be more like a hack and slash game like God of War?
prolly a good mixture of both but more on the hack and slash
Didnt the producer said it would be released in 2012??
As far as I knew it was 2012. So I don't think this is right at all. Prolly just something so they can boost pre-orders on the game.
You know, It's kinda funny. As many times as we see "Did Gamestop just reveal the release date? Did Amazon? Did Best buy?" It's NEVER been right even once from what I've seen.
Its usually a good ballpark. But this is a YEAR early. I say FALSE.
Didn't Kojima say this was a 2012 title?
I keep forgetting this game ! Sony is about to rape my wallet next year, and there's still a bunch of multiplatform games i want to buy.
dude, 2011 is looking HOT!
i <3 raiden :) cant wait for this game!
Yup, 'cause GameStop is always spot-on with their release date predictions. I swear, I could eat a bowl of Alpha Bits and receive a better prediction.
Bubbles for you sir!!
Perfect! Take notes kiddies, this is how you leave a sarcastic comment on N4G. Well done! Needs more bubbles!
Oh for Christ's sake, not this crap again!
Place holder date is just a place holder.
GameStop just throws a random date, that seems plausible, on a game that doesn't have an official one yet. They just want to have all officially announced games in the system so people can pre-order them, and to do that, their system requires a date. They do not want to miss out on potential reserves just because of a silly lack of official release date.
thank you for enlightening the people of n4g
on my birthday cool!
FALSE!Just like the GTA IV date that was seen on a gamestop list a few days ago! This is just away retailers use to make survey on the products, analysing the early pre-orders!
Ugh, I hate these articles. I'm sick of a retailer putting up a date and then everybodg jumping on it saying it's the real thing. It's more likely just to be a placeholder date, just like what EVERY other retailer does. Amazon says May 10th, 2012. Shall I go and make an article about that?
