Three years ago, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West came out of nowhere; a title with next to no marketing or coverage which ended up blowing critics away with its likeable characters, beautifully constructed world and some top notch facial animations and voice acting. It was one of 2010′s hidden gems, but does the game still hold up after three years on PC?
Once this DLC is available for half off I'll bite. Despite all the bad press and criticism from people that didn't even touch the game, Enslaved was a really great story. The graphics and character models were great, had great action sequences, and one of the better layed out stories in a game I've seen in a while.
The platforming was very easy and the game had some camera issues but other than that was great.
I'll pick up the DLC, like I said, when its part of a sale.
