Telcogames goes multiplayer with Viva La Mobile acquisition

You might not have heard of Viva La Mobile if you don't come from a land down under. Nevertheless, the Australian mobile game publisher has to date focused on multiplayer titles, using its own Redstar technology platform.

Which is rather clever – besides multiplayer, it also allows pay-per-play billing, subscriptions, and community features including chat, high scores and tournaments.

The company has just been bought for an undisclosed amount by European firm Telcogames, which means the Redstar platform is heading to Europe, complete with Viva La Mobile's own games.
