way to kick things off in style. Am really excited as it would delish to see Arkhum City in motion for the first time and Bioware, anything from them is pure gold

I have a feeling that Syphon Filter 5 will get a reveal, and hopefully an ingame Resistance 3 trailer.

But new Bioware game: something to keep a look out for.

Gamers still actually watch the VGAs? Isn't it overly obvious by now it's nothing but a farce for product placement and advertising?

They know and care nothing for actual gaming.

i watch it for the reveals not who they give the awards to because it feels like a joke sometimes. Even though i gotta admit uncharted 2 definitely deserved game of the year last year in my opinion of course

puttin mah moneh on it!

and new bioware game (could very well be ME3)?! Uff...good, love bioware but didn't get too into Dragon Age =( (one of the few games i want to love but just can't get into ='( )

@ chubear - just watch it for the reveals...and thats it, I agree though, its like the MTV of gaming, makes me sick, but meh...big reveals =)

Geoff Keighley: first time i seen anything about him since E3. what does this guy do besides show up at a few trade shows every year and host bonus round? which nobody seems to watch anymore.

How come Starcraft II wasn't nominated for GOTY?

frostypants2949d ago (Edited 2949d ago )

The only game that deserves it is Mass Effect 2.

They need to get that CoD and Halo stuff off there...they are fun but no way GOTY material.
