me too, this looks like more of an gimmick to me

Bereaver2660d ago

Yeah, totally a gimmick. Why not just buy a real wheel?

I mean, really.

guitarded772660d ago

Oh boy... here come the "accessories" :/

badz1492660d ago

RedDead2661d ago

Yeah but nothing compares to the G25 other than the G27...

Boody-Bandit2661d ago

Or a Fanatec GT3 RSv2 and 911 S.

RedDead2660d ago (Edited 2660d ago )

Apparently the wheel of the Force GT is Almost as good as the G25, but the pedels and gearstick is definately not.

FishCake9T42660d ago

Yeah the GT force is an amazing wheel for the price.

fossilfern2660d ago

I cant wait to use my G25 again! it hasnt been used in over a year!!!!!!!

RedDead2660d ago

Brutallyhonest, I never heard of them all I hear is G25 is the best until G27 came i'm not really that informed. All I can afford is the Force GT which I will be getting with GT5 though :)

Boody-Bandit2660d ago (Edited 2660d ago )

Fanatec wheels are incredible wheels. You should check into them if you are a serious racing fan. I own 2 Fanatec 911 S and ordered a GT3 RS V2 for GT5. I use to own a G25 and a friend of mine has a G27. They are excellent wheels too but personally I prefer the Fanatec belt driven drive and the Clubsport (alloy aluminum) pedals are nothing short of amazing.

The Fanatec wheel doesn't just have force feedback but rumble on the wheel and the CSPedals have ABS feedback. Also Fanatec wheels gives you adjustability on the fly. You dont have to rely on game settings only.

911S wheel works for 360, PS3 and PC

clubsport pedals explained by the designer

The adjustability of this wheel is amazing.

Me too, move is really great, best motion controler available without a doubt, but for driving, a good g25 is probably better (like someone said, this accesory is probably a nice cheaper solution)

psb2661d ago

is this gonna be any different from other racing wheel in the market?

hay2661d ago

Well, it looks lame for a start. And will probably be more expensive with move than your ordinary steering wheel.

thehitman2660d ago

but this is an ad-on for people who are looking to play the move and want to play racing games. Just another option.

UltimateIdiot9112660d ago

What racing game supports Move as an option to play?

Also, how do you brake and accelerate with this thing or a move controller. It wasn't design to be play horizontally.

You're better trying to steer a car using a DS3 with sixaxis than with the Move.

kneon2660d ago

It's a terrible option though. With the ball sticking out the side like that it restricts how you can grip the wheel. This is the worst steering wheel I've seen yet.

Godmars2902660d ago

No feedback? No gas or break peddles?

UltimateIdiot9112661d ago

This is no better than those $20 wheels.

For about $70 on a good day, you can get a Logitech Driving Force GT.

This is wasted plastic here.

punisher992660d ago

"What racing game supports Move as an option to play?"

Gran Turismo 5: The Real Driving Simulator is gonna have move support. Sorry everyone, I cant say the name of that game without saying the entire name. lol

matey2660d ago

its like the wii wheel nut it looks wrong and with that glow ball looks terrible and out of place

Cryptech2660d ago

I was thinking the same thing. I have a move but in noo way would i want a huge glowing ball sticking out of my steering wheel. it is hideous.

renegade2660d ago

yeah looks very strange.
