"We get all the launch details for Kinect in South Africa, and what South African's can expect from Kinect as a product this year." - GameState
It's a pity we have to wait a few more days for the SA launch.
Ye it sucks big time. The Americans, they get everything :(
The Americans need the added exercise...
they must be working on that problem which does not recognise certain 'black people'. q:
Not to sound like a Fanboy but I think the move is better. And after watching this review from Engadet: http://www.engadget.com/201... You can't sit down and use it WTF?
Interesting article and comprehensive review. Shot for the link. But have a look in the closing comments and I agree with them. Neither is better in the greater scheme of things, just DIFFERENT. There's a difference ;)
Will be really glad when Windows LIVE launches in ZA - will finally be able to play Lost Planet 2 without a hacked LIVE account...
Man it's so true, South Africans are tired of hacking UK and US servers. I'm glad they've made way for us now! It's going to be so epic! :D
LOL not to sound like a fanboy again, but online gaming with PS3 is free and simple, no hacking required! :) But I agree it's about time MS opened live in SA.
No totally, but you try and play locally and get slapped into a match on the PSN. Such a challenge.
Sounds like experience talking... :P
Has that problem been resolved. Seeing that 75% of our population is of colour!
As long as this device doesn't have any significant lagging issues during gameplay, and Microsoft pump out a few games for a more hardcore crowd of gamers, I would be quite happy trying out the kinect.
SUPER LOL. this person was playing dance central on kinect and things got a bit steamy so he/she took off their clothes and was playing naked. the game took pictures of this person through the whole session... the player didn't know how to delete the images... a new meme was born... naked-gamer - 0; Kinect - 1
Out now, heard there was a great launch party last night
