New Xbox TOU bothering you? Don’t use it! Or just be more careful

With the recent update in the Xbox LIVE's Terms of Use contract, users have raised opposition to a number of sections where data can be disseminated to legal authorities in cases of criminal or employee matters. This includes the recording of video via the Kinect unit. In this day and age, the question comes about whether users should be more aware and pro-active of keeping their personal information private rather than complaining about how much information is being distributed and for what purposes.

Agreeing with the article... privacy must be something people need to look into rather than just hope that companies make sure data is protected.
