It continues to say that a video game is violent if "a reasonable person, considering the game as a whole, would find appeals to a deviant or morbid interest of minors"

They need to define reasonable person in the US as they are about to remove possibly ineffective congressmen and women for some complete complete nut jobs who would have never made it to the ballot papers
