Pixel Enemy writes: The Killzone 3 closed beta is currently underway and we were lucky enough to get our hands on it. Jay Michaels gives you his first impressions on the game and what could possibly be the shooter of the year come 2011.
that got in the BETA.. I never got an E-mail
Yea I did.... its noice. which a word made up organically while playing the beta that means nice and choice.LOL. but if you still want to get in and your a PlayStation plus subscriber I've heard you can go the killzone site's forums and if you post in a thread called beta + rejects or something along those lines a moderator may PM you a code if your humble enough. Don't quote me on that but it what I've heard while online and maybe worth a try.
The beta is incredible.
It is and what's up with the patch 67mb anyone know? I just dl'd it.
end point ... hopefully the game is even better! :-D
The beta is awesome but this footage shows one of its flaws: the ridiculous accuracy of the LMG. It got to be fixed.
Great preview, very informative. Really looking forward to KZ3, wish I were in the beta! Thumbs up ;)
Dude I actually enjoyed listening and watching you play the game at the same time. I like the fact that you muted out the game and allowed us to here your feedback without a lot of background noise. I cannot wait until KZ3 comes out. I will play black ops until this comes out. I will not go another year with paying $16 dollar map packs. I cannot wait until this comes out.
Much better than that other 20 minutes of a sucky player from the gamer access. I think the skills of the player that game sites broadcasts speaks a lot about the site's competence and credibility. As in, why are they running a gamer website if they can't even play a game decently.
Raising the bar.
Awsome first impressions review! No Bullshitting, straight to the point, and great insights. I wish I was part of this beta experience. @Observer, You are absolutely right about the skill of the player doing the review should be taken into fact. Sure going 30-0 dose not mean the review will be the best, but it does show the reviewer has some common sense and experience in gaming to verify a opinion. Day 1 for me.
Too much time spent in one place, next time run and gun through the map while you talk so those of us who don't have beta access can see the good stuff. Lol.
