Codemasters: F1 2010 patch finalised and now in submission process
GamerZines writes:
Those awaiting the F1 2010 patch to rid them of their racing woes will be pleased to know that the developer, Codemasters, has now finalised their progress with fixing the number of issues that have marred the title.

They should have just took their time. The game was clearly rushed out. My guess is the big wigs at F1 were placing on the presure to get it out before the end of the season. As a result, Codemasters glittering reputation was spoilt somewhat by a buggy experience.
Hehe ,oh yeah thats real hard to get a game out before GT5. That game is vaporware and wont even come out this year, so they really didnt need to rush F1 like they did and put it out with such critical bugs.
Its still a good game and the amount of glitches are small compared to New Vegas which sets new heights lol.
Personally i really enjoyed my time with this and theres a burgeoning modding scene as well, i already have all the cars retextured and updated, tyre mods, helmets etc. I can only hope in time tracks and models will be within the modder's grasp
Just know that they can't do anything about the pre-defined lap-times as that's a part of the mechanism and not a bug. It's mainly the pit-stop bugs that they'll fix.

I'll forgive, Dirt 3 is on its way after all :)
Still seems to be a very popular game, nice to see the bugs being addressed for fans.
It's not that I think the game isn't worth the current asking price, I'm just cheap. :D
Can't wait to see it with all settings maxed @ 1920x1080.

What do you mean, Dirt 2 was buggy too.
@seedhouse
dude, you'll be lucky if GT5 makes it out this year, I doubt they were rushing because of that.
