Exophase.com writes, "With good AI, human opponents, huge environments and consistent varied gameplay, just like Crysis had, this could be not only a better sequel, but possibly the best FPS ever made. Maybe."
''The AI has to be pretty decent too, although Crytek clearly hadn’t got round to putting it in the demo I played.'' ''With good AI'' They really need to improve the AI, because in the 1st Crysis the AI is not really good. I hope for a flexible and more intelligent AI in this Crysis.
What? The AI in Crysis, especially the Koreans, was awesome.
*Crysis 1 had retarded A.I .. they would run up the stairs after you.. then you melee one of them.. and they keep falling over one another ... its hilarious ...
F.E.A.R 2 has the best A.I i've ever seen in a game, just like F.E.A.R 1 amazing games, F the haters.
Two gripes with F.E.A.R. 2: 1) The environments got boring... VERY boring... 2) It wasn't scary. Other than that, it was a solid game. It has some of the best mech levels in any game also.
Soo psyched for this one. Glad it's coming to consoles unlike the previous installment.
I'm undecided. I'm sure if I had remained PC exclusive it would be more hardcore, and have better graphics. However, the larger audience on console may well have made it possible to put more time and resources into building an awesome game.
I love Crysis. I have played it since launch on Ultra High with minimal slowdown. However, I'm getting Crysis 2 on my PS3. While it will look better on PC, I'd rather not deal with multi-player LAG, due to restrictions of others' machines. I also just want a smooth experience overall. PC games get errors. PC's crash when physics get too complicated. Yadda yadda yadda...
I don't know why Troy but I just don't believe you.
Me either. I've been playing lots of console (PS3) shooters online lately, and there is heaps and heaps of lag. Why? No dedicated servers. Recently I bought medal of honor for PC, and to my joy, no lag what so ever. Bad Company on ps3 was a serious lag fest, but its not dices fault, it's the lack of dedicated servers.
This is hilarious. Nice made up story, Troy. Do you think anybody who actually plays PC games believes the nonsense you just posted?
