Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam- No Thanks (RunDLC)

Just a couple short days ago, Electronic Arts made headlines by announcing that the first piece of Medal of Honor DLC, releasing November 2nd, would be free. It doesn’t include a ton of content (a new multiplayer mode, four maps), but it was a rare case of the publisher giving back to the community and attempting to undercut Activision’s Call of Duty momentum.

Well, today we’re back to the same old EA. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam will cost 1200 Microsoft Points/$14.99 when it releases this winter for both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. To that, we have this to say: ouch.

John Artest (RunDLC)

The story is too old to be commented.

I moved on from Bad Company 2 a long time ago, but $15 is a really good deal for this. If those 4 new maps are anywhere near as good as Arica Harbor, Port Valdez, etc., then Dice deserves a lot of praise for releasing a good expansion pack at such a low price point.

Edit: LOL @ the author calling it a "skin" of Bad Company 2. Since when do new maps qualify as a skin?
