Vanquish: Does the Length Justify the Price?

Sega and Platinum Games have managed to put together one of the craziest third person shooters in recent memory, thanks to the efforts of Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami. And though Vanquish is getting great reviews, the lack of multiplayer and short campaign length may ward off potential buyers.

It somewhat does, mainly because there ain't anything else like it out there. I'll enjoy it. Alot. Wich is what makes it worth the price, alone.

The fact that I really want to play it justifies the price. I honestly don't give a shit if it's an hour long, it's worth it to me.

Well, personally I'd rather go for 4 hours of incredibly well-produced awesomeness than 20+ hours of game ending bugs and backtracking.

I played through Devil May Cry a lot, and that game was SHORT.

I'm honestly conflicted on this because of the short SP and lack of MP. But if this does turn out to be a great game then I have to give it a go. I like games that give me long hours of enjoyment and the minimum I require is 6 hours.

since when does the length of a game justify value of price?? what happen to good o' replay value instead. what has this industry come to? i wouldn't be surprised if graphics justify value for price.
