EDGE: "Few games come more self-aware than Sonic The Hedgehog 4. Rather than acknowledging the series' past, it flees back to a time when it barely had one. The bright, gorgeous levels are straightforward recreations of almost twenty-year-old scenery; the music is cascading Genesis-era chiptune. Sonic might now be 3D, but he taps his foot with as much impatience as he ever did."

...The physics are screwed. Its nothing like the old sonic. Some guy did a video comparison and its clearly messed up.
