No... single player is the new single player. Multiplayer is still multiplayer its just changing over time which is a good thing.

Oh man I totally agree. Keep that MP sheet out of my single player. I will stop gaming if it turns all into MP.

I don't mind the features but when it takes away resources from the SP and they both suffer I have a problem.

Many sequels have come out the last couple years that were originally SP and then they shove MP into it and both suck(Bioshock 2 in particular).

MP gamers whine and cry about adding MP into a game then they do, the whole game sucks and then those MP players move on to something else. They are like the plague for SP games. And don't get me started on the ridiculous reviewers that will score a game down because they didn't shove some kind of MP into it.

One of my biggest peeves this gen.

Bioshock 2 had a great SP.
Uncharted 2 was always a superb SP game, witha surprisingly addiciting MP.
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood BETA is a blast! No doubt SP will be great too.
Dead Space 2 will have an epic SP and MP.

Although at first I am always skeptical about finding a MP Fly in my SP Soup, they always turn out great.
