PlayDevil has posted a in depth review of the X360 version of the arcade aircraft game "H.A.W.X. 2".
Does it fly high or is it writing cheques it’s body can’t cash?

"HAWX 2 is definitely on the arcade spectrum of flight games. You can stall, but it’s pretty hard, and recovering is easy. There are no blackouts, you get loads of ammo, and whilst you can land and take off, it’s all heavily assisted and pretty difficult to get wrong unless you have the shakes! Even carrier landings are far too easy."
Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. was a series that showed promise, but after 2010's Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2, all we have is backwards compatibility.
I remember buying Hawx2 back on PS3 after Microsoft bought exclusivity of Ace Combat6.
So to fill that dog fighting space I bought Hawx2, a very basic game that only had a gimmick of evasion that was overused if I remember correctly. I never even finished the game and still own it and my super slim ps3 so who knows I might pop it in one day and see if I can feel the need, I he need for speed.

Anyone in Europe who hasn't picked up Beyond good and evil HD yet HAS TO do so now. It was pretty unforgivable to not buy it for the full price but at that price you should have your console taken away for refusing to buy it.
