Enslaved is a rare game: a title with shades of Beyond Good & Evil great-ness set in a decimated world that's genuinely striking to explore. You'll have played better adventures before, but you'll be hard pressed to name a more captivating one.
Bring it on, I love a good story.
If you think of it as just an adventure game then it’s going to be great for you, but if you expect real action you will be disappointed.
Tell us where we can find "REAl ACTION" Let me guess, UC2? GOW3? Perhaps Massive ACTION Game? The guy said he loves a good story, said nothing about wanting real action.
How many games deliver on the action front. Far too many to mention. How many tell a gripping story and portray human relationships convincingly with a heavy measure of drama to emotionally invest in? Not enough. This is why I want Enslaved.
My comment is 2 parts, one is confirming the story is interesting and seems great the other complains about the gameplay, what's wrong with that? I too love great stories in games, I just started too warm to this game more after I approached it as adventure game. And this game is marketed as an ACTION\adventure game, so criticizing the action is fair game. Edit: look @Manac0R below, he took my comment in a positive light.
lmao at "Massive ACTION Game?" the sarcasm was just oozing out of that one haha.
real action? I can confirm, this game has real action. Trust me, I know "fake" action when I see it, so I know what I am talking about, and on top of that, I am actually playing this game, not just reading reviews and shapping my opinion of it around the demo and reviews.
What a great fall: Action - Vanquish Adventure - Enslaved HAck n slash - Castlevania All multiplatform, all great games in their own way. Gentlemen welcome to the fall of 2010!
We are definitely getting some amazing multiplatform games this fall.
