Sonic The Hedgehog has been getting around a lot lately, in the previous years we saw the release of many games based around everyone's favorite blue hedgehog and this year will be nothing different. Sonic The Hedgehog 4, Sonic Free Riders, and finally Sonic Colors will all be releasing by the end of the year across various gaming platforms. Producer Keith Dwyer of SEGA America speaks with Universal Gaming Database revealing what makes Sonic Colors (the upcoming Nintendo Wii and DS game) a unique mixture traditional and newer Sonic titles.

It's funny, Sega make a 2D Sonic game to appeal to fans and it turns out the one that was aimed at "younger audiences" turns out to be the more interesting one.
Sega really can't get it right with Sonic, but this time it looks like it may not matter because there could potentially be a good game.
