Which one is better INTEL or AMD??

AMD's are better value.

Intel's high end models perform better.

If you want spend $100-200 on a CPU, go AMD, if you want like $250+ go Intel. That's the general rule of thumb I use when building PC's for people.

It comes down to a price/performance decision. In order to get better performance than AMD, you have to spend more. The question becomes: is a 5% performance increase worth HUNDREDS of dollars to you? If you absolutely must have the fastest, Intel is the best, but you dearly pay for the privilege. For this current gen, AMD processors are a much, much better value, because they are far less expensive, they are usually more energy efficient, and they perform extremely well.
