Adjust your aim using the tilt of the Sixaxis to help you get that precise shot your looking for.
Sweet. hope to see that in more games like call of duty it will make it feel so real,
Agreed. If done right, these controls would rock in Call of Duty 4.
Yeah, I don't like when they just tack on the SIXAXIS just because. But that lunging and diving was cool! Easy to do!
I really like the SIXAXIS features in games and GRAW2 is no exception.
But c'mon, let's be forward looking here. The future of game controllers is the Wii-like controller - the two handed, motion sensitive with rumble. A light gun function would complete the NEXT GEN CONTROLLER as you could use it as a gun and for quick aiming like a mouse. Now that would be the ultimate controller and will immerse the player into the game experience more. The future. Now, which of the next gen manufacturers are going to make the first leap? Suppose I have to wait beyond....
That is coming. Have a look at Time Crisis 4.
To come and say...."ahh we played that months ago, it sucks. It's trash. We have BioShock! yeee"
i dont understand how you can play a shooter without rumble???? cool vid tho
Rumble is coming later. So, that's good. Once that is taken care of the PS3's controller is set!
It looked realy cool =)
to bad in game music wasn't like that. I'll pick this up.
That was just a sweet add on for the gameplay, I WILL be picking this up for sure.
Can't imagine playing without the six axis controls now. The sniper scope is very cool. Its as steady as your hands and adds to the realism of the game.
I'm playing the demo (x times) now, but I couldn't really worm up to use the sixaxis. I can use 'em for some things, like rolling or taking a dive, but then I am usually faster with the triangle. I had absolutely no luck with aiming. But that's maybe just me (you know, kids, I'm old - he he :). I'd think it would make more sense to use relative instead of absolute motion. I thought something was broken when the scope just move up - until I found out, I had motion sensing on and I was holding the controller a little but up. But it might work for others, and it could be just another way to try to beat a level (like using a pistol only or such). The good thing is, you can configure that. You can switch motion sensing off and on for everything you like (separately). Over all, I like that game. I might give it a priority even over HS and Lair on my shopping list (well, it has an time advantage, too).
this is another example of a great port
Am I imagining things or is he aiming with the sixaxis??
aiming with the six axis. That works only with the scope, though, not in regular mode (e.g. sniper rifle only). You can role left/right (tilting left/right), make a running dive or a slide (move forward/backward while running) and such with the tilt.
sixasis is cool but please, give me a break .ghost recon?
The SixaxiS' getting awesomer and awesomer everytime!
I wasnt even aware of this, i just tried it out and it's excuted nice. specially the aim feature i actually feel like am aiming the riffle. I hope MGS4 uses something like this. This is one of the best excutions of the Sixaxis to date. Super Rub a Dub is the best to me. This made the demo feel like a new experience to me diving and rolling felt natural. I was thinkin pickin this one up but i think the Sixaxis jus added to my certainty.
