Game Interface: Review: Tropico 3 / Tropico 3: Absolute Power (PC)

The premise of Tropico 3 places you as the leader of a small Caribbean island nation… dictator style. Essentially, you get to play as Fidel Castro. You are “El Presidente,” who seizes power and then must hold on to that power. The game is set during the Cold War era, and the interplay between the United States and Soviet Union can indeed impact events as they unfold on your tiny island paradise. Your overall goal is to remain in power as long as possible, by taking care of your populace, infrastructure, diplomatic relations, and of course tackling challenges that may come your way. The game is essentially a reboot of the first Tropico game, with the same general setup and game play, but with fresh graphics and many additions. (PC, Tropico 3, Tropico 3: Absolute Power) 7.5/10
