The rumours would appear to be true. Borderlands dev Gearbox IS working on Duke Nukem Forever - and the game is set to be unveiled at Seattle games event PAX today.
US dev sources have indicated to CVG that the game will get a "grand demo" at the show - and will be built upon what 3D Realms had already created, rather than a fresh project.
